At Plymouth Foundry, Inc., we offer thin wall and wear resistant custom castings for prototype and low to medium volume production. We work with austenitic ductile, gray and high silicon high moly ductile iron materials. Our castings are available with tensile strength of 20,000 to 100,000 psi and weight in the range 1 oz. to 150 lbs.

Our facility is well equipped with automatic molding machines, electric furnaces, spin blasters and grinding stations. We provide additional services such as assembly, e-coating, heat treating, layout, machining, new pattern equipment procurement, painting, quality control, pattern repair, mounting, gating and rigging.

Our castings are suitable for a wide range for applications including machine components, compressors, expanders, crankshafts, engineered plumbing, impellers, pumps and valves. Lead times are quoted on job-by-job basis and usually takes us about 4 weeks. We are also ISO 9001:2015 certified.
